HOW IT WORKS:

• Dye Lock collects loose dye until during washing until the carbon-based packet reaches capacity and can no longer absorb the dyes.

• Protects other garments from absorbing loose dye during the wash cycle. 
  

• Let's say you have new blue jeans or black jeans, or any garment with DEEP colors that you think may bleed in the washer. You simply throw a packet into the washer to collect this loose dye.

• Dye Lock can be used in every wash load as a preventive, until the packet turns dark.
  

• When Dye Lock reaches its absorption capacity, simply discard the packet and put in a new one!

HINTS & TIPS:

• Packet will turn dark when Dye Lock is starting to weaken, but it will still pick up bits of loose dye.
• Picks up red dye and other deep color from striped and printed garments.
• We suggest you test the product with new garments or questionable bleeders to get a sense of what it can actually do!

NOTE:
Industry experts report, in testing, that they washed a load of RED garments, with a pair of white panties. Results showed that Dye Lock absorbed ALL the red dye, leaving the white panties completely white! While we do not recommend you trying this at home, Dye Lock may just save your husband's undies and white socks from turning pink the next time they find their way into a colored load!!
